Nicole (she/her) is a life-long learner who has dedicated over 20 years to learning and working alongside neurodivergent students. Nicole holds an Honours Bachelor of Science, a Bachelor of Education with specialists in both Biology and Special Education and a Master's Degree in Education. Technology integration in education is one of her passions. Nicole is a Level 2 Google Certified Educator and a member of the Ontario College of Teachers.

Nicole individualizes her sessions based on students’ needs, honouring equity and inclusion to support and build student agency. Taking an intentional developmental approach, her sessions may include skill development around:

  • Assistive / Adaptive technology

  • Executive Functioning skills (time-management, prioritizing/planning, organization, studying, test-preparation, note-taking)

  • Navigating independent school supports

  • Accessing supports following a new diagnosis

  • Reviewing psycho-education reports and IEPs for students who want to better understand their learning profiles.

  • Transition from secondary to post-secondary (accessing student services)
