Meg (she/her) helps learners who struggle with negative self-talk develop new orientations to themselves and to learning. She is a former executive from the post-secondary system. Meg has a Master of Science in Student Affairs in Higher Education and is a Master level Solution Focused Brief Therapy Coach. During her twenty-year career in higher education, Meg developed programs to support student mental health, academic success and access for students with disabilities, at colleges and universities across North America. Meg is in the process of launching her second career as a psychotherapist. Students who want to better manage emotions and thoughts to have better access to learning can book coaching sessions with Meg. She is pragmatic, kind, playful, and adept at helping learners shift into mindsets to optimize their inner resourcefulness.
