Lyn-Marie (she/her) is a leadership coach whose work is centred around combining a strengths-based approach with storytelling to help people own their stories and unique gifts so that they show up, work and lead as their authentic selves. Lyn-Marie is a certified Gallup Clifton strengths coach and possesses over 10 years experience in the post-secondary sector across 4 institutions supporting [newcomer] students, youth and emerging leaders to appreciate and own the value that they bring to their work so that they deepen trust in themselves and their abilities.
